It boasts extensive countryside views, sclusion, greenery, peace, no neighbours and offers amazing bike and hiking trails.
A huge semi-professional kitchen, lounge and dining table that facilitate 12 guests. Also included is a billiard table, table tennis, club outdoor facilities, grill, swimming pool and outdoor bowling area “Bocce”.
The whole villa is to the disposal of guests.

Booking Deposit Payable of 40% to my account.
Cleaning Fee 120€
The cleaning fee is payable one day before arrival. The Cleaning Fee will be automatically added to the price of all new bookings.
Tourist Tax (included in the Rates):
1,25€ per Adult
0,63€ per child 7-18 years
Cancellation Policy:
Guests must pay a deposit of 40% of final fee 14 days in advance. The remaining 60% and cleaning fee 80€ is payable one day prior to arrival. Refund of deposit is given if the booking is cancelled 10 days before check-in date.
